  • 1 green chili, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, chopped
  • 1 cup broccoli, chopped
  • 1 cup carrots, chopped
  • 1 cup corn kernels
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper or roasted cumin powder for added flavor
  • Fresh coriander leaves, chopped (for a refreshing taste)
  • 2 cups of water
  • 2 teaspoons of fresh lemon juice

The Instructions Step-by-Step

Step 1: To prepare it in a pan I will just add a pinch or half a teaspoon of oil I am using olive oil here you can use any oil in it.

Step 2: I will add chopped green chilies and ginger just fry it for two seconds and then it I will add chopped broccoli one cup of broccoli is enough you can stir fry it for at least two minutes.

Step 3: Here I will add one cup of corn and one cup of carrots, fry them all for two minutes, and then add salt to taste and then black pepper powder, you can also use roasted cumin powder, mix all this well, and fry.

Step 4: Let it cook for another two minutes and then I will add freshly chopped coriander leaves. Now coriander gives a wonderful flavor to this soup and you don’t need to add any cornflour to it. Just fry it well to make a paste. For two minutes.

Step 5: Then I will add two cups of water to it, let it boil for at least five to six minutes, close the lid, and let it boil for at least two minutes, and then we will add about two teaspoons of lemon juice. Mix it well and your lemon coriander soup is ready to serve.
