Hello friends, my name is Anaya. Today I’ll share a beach body diet plan for weight loss in the summer season to help you easily lose 10 kgs in 10 days. Now, this diet plan is for all those who want zero waste as soon as possible, and definitely with this diet plan, you’ll be able to see a great transformation happening within a minimum of days.
We can start your weight loss transformation with me and begin the journey. So let’s start with a beach body diet plan for the summer season to help you easily lose 10 kgs in 10 days.
Early Morning Drink
Starting with our early morning drink, now I would highly recommend it to all of those who can perform intermittent fasting during this time plan because it works amazingly to cut your fat very quickly and also to shed the extra pounds as soon as possible.
Now, for all of those who can follow intermittent fasting, we’ll be doing an eating window of approximately 6 hours during this time, and the fasting window will be 18 hours. So, we’ll start our eating window by noon and end it by 6:00 p.m. as soon as possible. Now, this is how we’ll plan the entire diet plan for this, and it works amazing for fat loss and is great for seeing a super inch loss as soon as possible.
Now, starting our early morning drink, which is approximately assuming that you wake up by 7:00 to 8:00 a.m., you can start your day with one glass of lukewarm water.
You can either have plain lukewarm water without adding anything, or add 1 teaspoon of lemon juice along with a pinch of black pepper powder and cinnamon powder. Now, it helps to control your blood sugar levels and also to detoxify your system very quickly. Now, this will be your early morning drink as soon as we wake up.
Breakfast Drink
The next drink we’ll take is approximately at 10:00 a.m. or 11:00 a.m., which will be a breakfast drink, which is again a zero-calorie drink, having one cup of black tea or black coffee.
Works amazing during this time because it helps to remove all the water retention and any kind of bloating very quickly. So, you can have black tea or black coffee as per your preference or skip it as well.
Start Eating
Now, start the eating window by noon. So, we’ll start our eating window by noon, and the first thing that we’ll have is a bowl of fruits or smoothies or a Collision smoothie. Now, the Collision smoothie works amazing for fat loss and weight loss, and to boost your
collagen-boosting properties in the body as well, which helps with your skin benefits and hair health benefits. Now, the complete recipe of my Collision smoothie is Zan Hair, which requires very few ingredients and works wonders for your skin benefits. As soon as you have it, you will see a good satiation happening, and you’ll feel wonderful having fruit for the first meal of your day.
So, you can either have a mango banana smoothie, or you can even have a peach mango smoothie, or you can have watermelon slush, or any smoothie recipe, which requires very minimal ingredients and is high in fiber and super yummy as well.
Lunch
Proceeding towards our lunch option, now we’ll have our lunch during this time at approximately 2:00 p.m. or 3:00 p.m. for your convenience. But yes, we’ll have a good, fuller lunch option because it is one of the first high-calorie meals that we’ll be having.
First option
The first option is you have either two or three besan chilas pan-grated over approximately 70g or 100g of paneer. You can use them during this meal. Two or three besan chilas are good for your high protein content and also give you good satiation as well.
They keep you fuller for a longer time during the day, and it’s a very high protein and high fiber option for your lunch. In your besan chila, you can add lots and lots of vegetables of your own choice—be it bell peppers, capsicum, onion, tomato, or whatever you want to add, making it a well-balanced besan chila with good fiber.
Along with that, you can have 70g of paneer added over it, or you can even have mint chutney or coconut chutney as per your own choice.
Second option
The second option for lunch would be for all my rice lovers out there. Whoever wants to have rice during your lunchtime, can always have brown rice pulao, which is again a low glycemic index option for weight loss and also has high fiber content.
The adding lots and lots of vegetables, whatever is seasonally available with you, that you can add to it. Along with that, I’ll be adding approximately 40 to 50g of uncooked brown rice and whistling it up for two to three whistles, and your delicious brown rice pulao is ready. You can have it along with a good, full bowl of raita or curd, and along with that, you can have a good, full bowl of salad as well.
Mid-Evening Snack
Now, proceeding towards our mid-evening snack option, which basically would come between your lunch and your dinner. Assuming that we are having our dinner by 6:00 p.m., so we’ll make sure to have this snack by approximately 4:00 p.m. max. So, we’ll have either 1 cup of green tea, and along with that, you can have 30g of roasted Kanas.
They work amazing for your calcium benefits, iron benefits, and vitamins like A, K, and E. So, definitely one of the healthiest options for your snacking. You can have 30g of roasted makhana without any salt. It has to be roasted, and you can roast it in 1 teaspoon of DIY ghee for good fats.
So, you’ll have this option, or you can have 30g of high-protein seed mix. Now, this particular seed mix is a combination of all the necessary antioxidant-rich seeds for you, along with nuts as well, such as almonds, walnuts, even cashews, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, and chia seeds. You can have approximately 30g of this seed mix for your mid-evening snack.
Dinner Options
Proceeding towards our dinner option, which we’ll have approximately by 6:00 p.m., for which I’ll be giving you two options that you can have.
First option
The first option is you have quinoa pulao. Yes, it works amazing for your low glycemic index and also to keep you fuller for a longer time during the day. You can have quinoa pulao, which requires approximately 50g of cooked quinoa.
Along with that, you can add into it 100g of stir-fried veggies, or you can even prepare it as a pulao recipe. Along with that, you can have again a good full bowl of curd and salad, and along with that, you can have mint chutney or coconut chutney as per your preference, if you like it.
Or, you can even have simply quinoa cooked along with any kind of seasonal sabzi, which can be paneer sabzi or it can even be dal as per your own choice, whatever seasonal sabzi is prepared at your home. If you cannot have quinoa for any reason, you can always switch to any kind of millet.
You can have a little millet or barnyard millet or whatever millet is possible for you to prepare. Yes, it should be approximately 100g of millet and more of the vegetable content so that it’s more fiber for you during this meal. Along with that, you can have again a good full bowl of probiotics, which is curd or raita as per your own choice, and lots and lots of salad for fiber.
Second option
The second option for your dinner would be you have a bowl of paneer salad or tandoori tikka salad, or you can even have a bowl of black chana salad, rajma salad, or Mexican salad. You can add boiled rajma that the adding, or you can skip it and add black chana, rajma, or white chana as per your own choice.
The adding lots and lots of salad, which includes lettuce, cucumber, tomato, and onion a super simple dressing of hung curd can be added to it, or you can simply add olive oil, some lemon juice, and some black pepper over it for taste. It tastes yummy and is great for your fiber content as well.
Pre Bed Drink
Now, before going to bed, you can always have one cup of freshly brewed chamomile tea or you can even have one cup of Ajwain water or Jeera water. Now, this helps to boost your metabolism throughout the entire night and gives you good weight loss benefits as well.
Conclusion
Along with this diet plan, please make sure to consume at least 2 to 3 liters of normal room temperature water without any fail, inclusive of all the teas and waters, and definitely, you will be seeing good hydration benefits in your skin as well.
