For early morning drinks, that is, as soon as you wake up, you can always have a diuretic water. Now, we always prefer zero-calorie diuretic water, which is amazing for detoxifying your system very quickly and also for boosting energy levels. The best thing that you can have is simple lemon water. All you have to do is simply mix one lemon squeeze to one glass of lukewarm water and have it sip by sip on an empty stomach. It helps to boost the vitamin C in the body itself and also to boost the metabolism to the next level. Detoxification is one of the best benefits of this drink.

Second option: If you cannot have this, you can always switch to having apple cider vinegar in lukewarm water. All you have to do is simply mix one teaspoon of apple cider vinegar in one glass of lukewarm water, mix it well, and have it on an empty stomach. The benefits are that it lowers the blood sugar levels in the system and also helps balance the pH level of the body, which is very important when it comes to your anti-inflammatory properties.

Breakfast (9:00 AM to 10:00 AM)

For the next meal, which is approximately at 9:00 a.m. or 10:00 a.m., you can simply have a zero-calorie drink again, which can be black tea, black coffee, or green tea, or you can even have lemon water or apple cider vinegar water.

Lunch (12:00 PM to 3:00 PM)

Now, considering that for the 8-hour eating window, we’ll start our eating window at noon. So, for the first thing, we’ll always consume eggs in the beginning. Considering that, you can have eggs during this journey, and you can, of course, continue having eggs. , you can simply have two to three boiled eggs, or you can even have a full veggie omelet, which consists of lots and lots of seasonal vegetables like mushrooms, broccoli, zucchini, cauliflower, and all of it.

You can even add a slice of cheese over it, and your delicious and fuller omelet is ready. You can prepare it in butter because, in this diet plan, we’ll have lots of fat content as well, considering that it’s a zero-carb diet for you. Again, to prepare the veggie omelet, you can use approximately three whole eggs and enjoy the benefits of it. Along with that, you can have again a cup of black coffee or black tea, or you can even have a cup of green tea to enjoy the benefits of antioxidant levels in it.

2nd considering

Considering we have our lunch at approximately 2:00 p.m. or 3:00 p.m., so for, we’ll be having again a good amount of protein and also a good amount of fats in it. So, what I can give you as a better option is you can even have for Pakistani diets paneer or you can even have palak paneer or veg curry.

200 g of chicken or fish

You can have along with that, or you can even have chicken curry or fish curry, considering that you take approximately 200 g of chicken or fish for this. And make sure to incorporate lots and lots of salad along with it, like lettuce, cucumber, tomato, and onion, and you can even use lettuce as a wrap in place of roti or rice to include more of your fiber and to give you good benefits of it. So, all these options can be taken for your lunch, which is super easy to prepare and also keeps you full for a longer time of the day as well.

Mid Evening Snack (4:00 PM to 6:00 PM)

Dinner (7:00 PM to 8:00 PM)

Now moving on to dinner options, which is roughly you can eat dinner from 7 to 8:00 PM. because our eating window ends at 8:00 p.m. So, make sure that you get the benefits of it as much as you can. You can have a very good and fuller dinner option for you.

Dinner (7:00 PM to 8:00 PM)

Now, the dinner option can be of two types. The first can be, of course, you can have grilled chicken, grilled paneer, pan Tikka, or soy Tikka as per your preference. You can always replace paneer with either chicken or fish. I have used an air fryer for this; you can even use a grilling pan for the same. Make sure to add lots of capsicum or bell peppers along with it as well. It gives you the feeling of being satiated and also makes your meal a lot fuller. So, make sure to add these vegetables along with your protein content, which is paneer, chicken, or fish of your own choice.

The second option is, if you cannot have this, you can always have soup. which requires very minimal ingredients for you and also is super easy to prepare as well. You can even have egg soup or chicken soup in place of it. It keeps you warm for the entire night and also keeps you fuller at the same time.

Bedtime Drink (10:00 PM)

Let’s move on to our bedtime drink option, which comes around 10:00 p.m. If you sleep until 10:00 p.m., you should have this drink before then. Always prefer to have one cup of freshly brewed chamomile tea or you can even have lime or jeera water along with it. The benefits of both these drinks are very different. Chamomile tea helps you to relax your nervous system and also to reduce the stress of the entire day. Jeera water helps to reduce all the water retention, bloating, and swelling in the body very quickly. People suffering from PCOD, PCOS, or thyroid can see huge benefits with it.
