A nice bowl of yogurt or raita and don’t forget a nice bowl of salad so that you get good fiber once again.
The second option is that you are a great source of protein itself which prevents and helps a lot in any kind of constipation. A good full quantity of it and eat it for your lunch and can also eat raita or yogurt or salad along with it.
